Hotel Buegener - Gronau (Westfalen)

Rooms recently redone, good value for money, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet, clean rooms.

All was good.

Spent Xmas at a hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. the buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel had a spacious and clean room along with an okay bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Its location is perfect as it provides a very nice and quiet area, perfect for a peaceful vacation.

The walls were thin and unluckily, the door closures were a bit rough leading to consistent slamming of doors till late hours, which made it hard to sleep.

This hotel has plenty of warm and cold breakfast options, including bacon, sausages, and eggs. the rooms here are spacious, recently redone, and clean, with decent quality provided bathroom facilities. Some facilities available are a lake nearby, where you could swim, picnic and cycle. the restaurant serves local dishes and is much enjoyed by locals. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

One slight downside is that on some weekdays, the restaurant is closed, which might pose a mild inconvenience to guests.

During my romantic escape, we found this hotel to be a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the choice of fresh fruit. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to local attractions and transport links. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

The lack of air conditioning in the room. Although this was a minor issue, it did mean that the room became quite warm during the day.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff spoke English well, and they were always friendly and very helpful. The rooms were recently remodeled and werenice and neat, with good quality furnishings. the restaurant offered typical German dishes and was always busy with locals. We found that the room rates were great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Nothing that we didn't like.
